RETURN POLICY
When you order avindy jewelry, please be mindful that each piece is carefully handcrafted in our studio especially for you. We put a lot of time and love into each piece so all we ask is that you think twice before you decide to order a piece that you may return. Of course, we want you to be happy so if you are dissatisfied with your jewelry, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a refund and within 14 days for an exchange.
All returned items require a Return Authorization and must be shipped to us in the original packaging with all labels affixed and prepaid via insured mail such as UPS or Fedex. We will credit you for the amount of the item minus the shipping charges. Please email ra@avindy.com with a brief explanation for your return to obtain an RA number.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders such as monograms, initial necklaces and rings are final sale so please be sure about your purchase decisions and your ring size!
DELIVERY TIME
Given the handcrafted nature of avindy jewelry, delivery time will vary from 2 to 6 weeks depending on the type of piece you order. You will receive a confirmation email with an estimated delivery date. We offer complimentary ground shipping. Orders may be expedited for an additional charge. Please email cindy@avindy.com if you need overnight shipping.

SPECIAL SIZE REQUESTS
Please contact us if you need a special size in a particular piece. In most instances we will be able to accommodate you. A minimal charge may apply to add length to an item.
